Tuesday 4

Welcome once again to  Toni Taddeo's Tuesday 4

Here are this week's questions

Welcome back to another Tuesday 4 in honour of Toni Taddeo it's founder.

What are the good points to living in your town? Could you interest us in moving there?

I live in a suburb of Lake Macquarie and don’t think of it as a town, I like living here as the crime rate is moderate it happens but I feel safe enough to wake up in the morning open the doors and leave them opened all day or closed but not locked during the day.

Are the things you need convenient to your home? (shopping, library, schools, entertainment?)

Yeah, I am only a 10-minute walk from the lake and shops as well as the primary school and the high school.

Did you choose your town, or did you just end up there?

We live in public housing, and this is where we ended up way back in May 1988.

Is your town known for any special foods, activities, places or people?

Nope can’t think of anything

  1. I don't think it's a bad thing that our towns aren't known for anything...kind of keeps them on the quiet side.

  2. We used to be known as "the City of Churches", but it's prolly more accurate now to call it "city of car washes"

  3. Our town is slowly turning into a city suburb. When we moved here it was a separate borough but has become part of the greater Dunedin city area.

    1. That happens in a lot of places and doesn't always feel like the best thing
