1) What do you typically have for breakfast?
Breakfast is either porridge or toast or sometimes
a crumpet but I start each day with a chocolate egg flip (milkshake)

Porridge or toast
3) Orange juice, tomato juice or cranberry juice?
I would have to say either orange juice or
tropical juice
4) What time is your alarm clock set for?
5am, I like to get up early.
5) Do you have any tips for preventing stress and
making the morning go more smoothly?
Simply give yourself time to do all you want to
do, I don’t see the point in rushing around like a headless chook when if you
allow yourself the time to do what you need to do it should be ok.
