Tuesday's Four on Wednesday

Welcome back to Toni Taddeo's Tuesday 4, who can be found here: https://lemonscottage.blogspot.com/

What is your favourite sandwich and how do you make it?

Ham and cheese, made on white buttered bread a slice of Colby cheese, then a slice of honey ham, another slice of cheese.

What is the best bread for making toast?  How about for making sandwiches?

I like thick sliced bread we call toast sliced

If you go out to eat for lunch, are you more likely to stay with a safe choice or be more adventurous?

I stick with what I know and like

Dagwood, hoagie, submarine, Po boy, grinder. Whatever they are called where you are, do you like them and if so, what do you want on it?

As an Aussie these terms are not ones, I have heard of except dagwood but we call a dagwood dog isn’t the same. A dagwood dog is a Frankfurt dipped in batter and deep fried

  1. I like thick bread for toast too. It's interesting learning the foods of other countries such as your Dagwood dog. We have a similar bone made with cornflour. It's called a corn dog.
