It is a rare gift to be able

to improve the lives of others

just by being yourself.

Time passes too quickly

and life can be hectic.

We often take things for granted

and fail to take the time

to appreciate the people around us

and what they bring to our lives.

I think we should let

the ones closet to us know

how much they mean

and how grateful we are for them,

so I want you to know.

I treasure you

and I am thankful I know

such a warm, kind-hearted soul.

and generous in every way.
